Travel Directions

Burley St Matthias Church is west of Leeds, just past where Burley Road crosses Cardigan Road. If you see Burley Medical Centre on your left, you've gone too far. If you see Bobby's Kushbu, you've really gone too far!

From The City Centre And Motorways

• Follow signs for the Town Centre and then for Skipton A65. This will take you past the Holiday Inn and the Yorkshire Post building both on Wellington Street.
• On the other side of the Inner Ring Road this road becomes Kirkstall Road, continue along here past the Fire Station and Yorkshire Television on the right and the Bus depot on the left.
• Turn right at the traffic lights just before the Railway viaduct. Care should be taken here as this turning is not particularly well marked.
• Turn left at the next set of lights onto Burley Road.
• St Matthias Street is the second road on the left.
• St Matthias Church is on the left hand side, with the Church Centre at the rear of the Building.

From Bradford

A65 (Kirkstall Road):

• If following the A65 into Leeds, turn left at the junction immediately after the viaduct on Kirkstall Road.
• Turn left at the next set of lights onto Burley Road.
• St Matthias Street is the second road on the left.

Stanningley Road:

• If travelling via the Outer Ring Road and then Stanningley Road, turn left onto Viaduct Road at the traffic lights by Mike's Carpets.
• At the next set of lights go straight across (the viaduct is on your left) and turn left at the following set of traffic lights onto Burley Road.
• St Matthias Street is the second road on the left.
• St Matthias Church is on the left hand side, with the Church Centre at the rear of the Building.
